The South East Locality is made up of 10 GP practices which cover between them a registered population of 96,158 as at 1 July 2019.
The GP Locality Clinical Director is Dr Ed Capo-Bianco. The role of Deputy Locality Clinical Director is currently vacant
The 10 GP member practices that make up the South East Locality are:

- Chalgrove and Watlington Surgeries
- Goring and Woodcote
- The Hart Surgery
- Mill Stream Surgery
- Morland House Surgery
- Nettlebed Surgery
- The Rycote Practice
- Sonning Common Health Centre
- Wallingford Medical Practice
The Constitution summarises the agreed working principles between the member practices of the South East Locality. It includes details of the membership, roles and responsibilities of GP member practices, arrangements for GP practices leaving or joining the locality and governance arrangements.

South East Oxfordshire - Summary plan-on-a-page
The plan for South East Oxfordshire was developed by local GPs, practice managers, patient representatives and District Council officers. The plan was then developed further following discussions with local people at meetings and through a survey. A summary version of this plan is available here.
