Have you used a service within The Oxfordshire Mental Health Partnership?

We are conducting a review of services with Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Elmore Community Services, Restore, Response Organisation, Connection Support, Oxfordshire County Council and Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group.

Focus groups are being held around the county for people who use our services:

  • Monday 17 June at 2pm at Banbury Wellbeing Centre, Britannia Road, Banbury, OX16 5DN

  • Tuesday 18 June at 12.30 at Witney Wellbeing Centre, 64 Moorland Rd, Witney OX28 6LS

  • Tuesday 18 June at 3pm at Cowley Wellbeing Centre, 26 Between Towns Road, Oxford, OX4 3RW

  • Wednesday 19 June at 2pm at Abingdon Wellbeing Centre, 1st Floor, The Charter, Broad St, OX14 3LZ
