Capturing the experiences of our patients gives us important feedback on what it is like to be a patient in Oxfordshire. It tells us much more than what the treatment was like or whether the treatment was successful. It tells us how it felt to you as an individual, what you liked and what we need to improve.
How do we capture patient experience?
We have a range of ways in which we collect patient experience including:
- Patient surveys on our Talking Health website
- Patient opinion
- Comment on an NHS service through NHS choices
- Friends and family test
- Through our patient services team
