Oxford City

The Oxford City Locality is made up of 21 practices covering a registered population of 223,232 as at 1 January 2018.
The GP Locality Clinical Director is Dr David Chapman who is supported by the following Deputy Locality Clinical Directors, Dr Merlin Dunlop, Dr Karen Kearley and Dr Andy Valentine.

Constitution
The Constitution summarises the agreed working principles between the GP member practices of the Oxford City Locality. It includes details of the membership, roles and responsibilities of GP member practices, arrangements for GP practices leaving or joining the locality and governance arrangements.
