The North Oxfordshire Locality is made up of 11 GP practices covering the registered population.
The GP Locality Clinical Director is Dr Shelley Hayles.

The Constitution summarises the agreed working principles between the member practices of the North Oxfordshire Locality. It includes details of the membership, roles and responsibilities of member practices, arrangements for practices leaving or joining the locality and governance arrangements.

North Oxfordshire Locality - Summary plan-on-a-page
The plan for North Oxfordshire was developed by local GPs, practice managers, patient representatives and District Council officers. The plan was then developed further following discussions with local people at meetings and through a survey. A summary version of this plan is available here.
