The North Oxfordshire Locality is made up of 12 practices covering a registered population of 111,326 as at 1 July 2017.

The Constitution summarises the agreed working principles between the member practices of the North Oxfordshire Locality. It includes details of the membership, roles and responsibilities of member practices, arrangements for practices leaving or joining the locality and governance arrangements.
