West locality

With the Theme of ‘Health and Wellbeing – How do you Score?' this event will be held at Langdale Hall, Market Square, Witney, on Saturday October 13, from 10am to 1.30pm.

The event will feature a host of health-related activities for people to discover, including dance, rambling and relaxation for wellbeing, plus stalls from a wide variety of local organisations. Children too can engage in free face painting and smoothie bikes and also learn about making ‘healthy snack swaps’.

Graham Shelton, chair of the Public and Patient Partnership for West Oxfordshire, organisers of the event, said: “This fair has something for people of all ages. We want to show that keeping well doesn’t have to be a chore. So come along and find out how you and your family can thrive by taking care of your health.”

The Health and Fitness Fair is organised by Patient & Public Partnership West Oxfordshire, with the support of Healthwatch Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council.
