Constitution

Every NHS Clinical Commissioning Group must have a constitution.

Our constitution is a key document which sets out the arrangements we have made to discharge our functions and those of our Board.  It includes the key processes for ensuring transparency in the decision making of the organisation and our Board, and arrangements made for discharging our duties with regards to registers of interest and managing conflicts of interest.
